Green ready to show his colors in New England 200
Eddyville, Ky. – Mark Green will attempt to qualify
in his tenth event for Keith Coleman Racing behind the wheel
of the #23 BMAR Support Our Troops Chevrolet.
Green said he has always enjoyed racing at New Hampshire
International Speedway.
“It is a really fun track to drive,” he said.
“It is a lot like Phoenix and Milwaukee in how it
is configured and it is one of the last family owned tracks.
The Bahres really take care of us and the lobster isn’t
bad either. Overall it is just a great place to race.”
Green will be displaying a special paint scheme in the
#23 BMAR Support Our Troops Chevrolet this weekend. The
car is painted in the colors of the American flag and will
feature decals supporting the U. S. Military.
“I haven’t been in the shop yet so I haven’t
even seen the paint job myself,” Green said. “I’m
excited about it though. The men and women in the U. S.
Armed Forces do so much for us that any chance I get to
be a part of something for them is special.”
Both practice sessions will be held on Friday. Qualifying
will take place at 10 a.m. eastern time on Saturday with
the race following at 3 p.m. on TNT.
